Notably, those harnessing AI for content creation gain back an average of 114 minutes each week—amounting to nearly 98 hours yearly.
A generational rift exists regarding the role of AI in customer interactions: just 56% of 18-24 year-old managers consider AI “very important” for customer engagement, in contrast to 72% of managers aged 35-44 or 55 and above, as highlighted by a study from Apply Digital.
