HubSpot Set to Purchase Conversational Intelligence Solution Frame AI
HubSpot has revealed its plans to acquire Frame AI, a firm specializing in AI-driven conversational intelligence.
With Frame AI’s technology, marketers will be able to extract valuable insights from unstructured data sourced from emails, calls, meetings, and other forms of communication.
HubSpot’s CEO Yamini Rangan commented, “Although structured data has traditionally been the cornerstone of CRM systems, it’s the unstructured data—like conversations—that unlocks more profound insights into customer feelings, actions, and intentions.” She added, “Integrating Frame AI will enable us to incorporate these insights into our customer platform, empowering businesses to grow smarter and more efficiently.”
The financial specifics of the transaction remain confidential. Once finalized, Frame AI will operate as a fully owned subsidiary of HubSpot.

The team at Frame AI is set to join HubSpot, where their technology will be seamlessly integrated into Breeze, a suite of AI-based tools within HubSpot’s CRM.
