Recent Webinars

Our latest webinar on AI for Copywriting was a hit! Attendees gained valuable insights from Kerry Harrison on harnessing four major AI tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot, complete with hands-on demonstrations and advice on balancing AI efficiency with human creativity and intuition. Kerry’s perspectives on this balance were further explored in our International Women’s Day podcast.

Your Perspectives on AI

We value our members’ insights into digital marketing trends and innovations, which is why we sought your views on AI’s impact through a recent survey. The responses have been enlightening, highlighting a mix of familiarity with and curiosity about AI’s role in marketing.

While 60% of marketers have embraced AI to some extent, 40% are still navigating the AI landscape, exploring tools and strategies for effective integration and seeking guidance on leveraging AI within their teams.

The survey revealed compelling advantages of AI usage in marketing, including task automation (68%), enhanced customer experiences (46%), and improved targeting and personalisation.

Concerning AI proficiency, 54% of responders felt their teams had low AI skill levels, yet 84% are willing to invest in AI training, with a significant proportion favoring DMI for such upskilling.

The demand for AI competency in new hires is evident, with 64% favoring candidates with AI certifications.

This provides considerable food for thought for those looking to advance or kickstart their careers in the digital age.
